Orders placed through our platform are subject to availability. We will confirm scheduling details via email or text message (if opted in). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.
Payment terms vary by client type and are communicated at the time of booking. All prices are in US dollars. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Turnaround times vary by service type and are communicated at booking. We retain copyright of all media produced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use delivered media for the purposes outlined at the time of order.
